How do I track my order?Updated a month ago

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us containing your FedEx tracking number. If you order multiple beds at once, your order may be split into multiple packages with different tracking numbers. Clicking on the tracking number in the email will show you the tracking information for the primary (master) tracking number, and you can check on the status of the other packages in the shipment through FedEx there. 

You can also view your order and its status by logging into your account on our site. If you didn't create an account, no worries! One was created for you automatically when you placed the order. Simply enter the email you used to place the order, and a code will be emailed to that address which you can then use to access the account and view the associated order.
